Back then, he would post videos where he reacted to compilations or popular videos, where he got his channel name, Dorito’s Reaction. He later began to center more on skits, pranks, and horror challenges, all of which became famous on his channel.
Daniel also made videos of himself calling random stars and fictional characters, and then meeting them later in the videos. Many have suggested that his meeting the ones he calls in the videos was fake and that he only pretended to meet them. One of his most controversial videos is named “GENE THE EMOJI BROKE INSIDE MY HOUSE!!” and he even made a series based on that video. Both the series and video were denounced due to them being obvious clickbait. Despite that, he goes on to post those types of videos on his channel.
Besides his horror videos, Daniel also records videos of Mateo, his brother, raging at diverse things, usually whenever he loses in a video game or when he finds out that his brother videoed him raging, then uploads those videos to his channel. Whenever Mateo rages, he breaks things or makes a mess. Mateo is also recognized to hate Christmas, as he sounded so in a video of him raging because his brother Daniel pranked him on Christmas 2017, and also in a video of him raging because his household had put Christmas decorations in the living room.
