During that time, she reported on a few stories that made state, regional, and national headlines, including the robbery of a funeral van carrying a body, the Apollo Theatre’s deadly roof collapse, and the Chemtool Plant explosion. She also solo anchored a harsh weather nominated for a Chicago-Midwest Emmy Award.
When she’s not working, Zoe likes reading a book or finding a new true crime podcast to start. Drawn to try anything at least once, she enjoys anything thrill-seeking, like whitewater rafting, or ziplining, going to shows and comedy clubs, and taking her dog, Ginger, on hikes.
