Rose was born on September 30, 1986, in Salt Lake City, Utah, and raised by her parents Steve and Jolene Lesh. She is a descendant of “Mormon Royalty,” having grew up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She has three siblings two of them being Kelli and Curtis, and is a close cousin to Heather Gay, who also stars on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. Rose also owns Sōl People, a social selling company she launced in 2024, that offers wellness products and digital courses.
