Reilly first appearance on Big Brother House was during the season 12 which was aired in 2010. During the first, Reilly survived from being eliminated after the rest of the house decided that the bigger threat at the moment was her fellow nominee, Annie Whittington. It is from the same first week that Reilly with her fellow houseguest Brendon, started their romantic relationship, making them immediate targets. Notably, during the season 12 of the Big Brother House, Reilly was known to have a conflict with both Ragan Fox and Britney Haynes. During the fifth week of the season, Reilly was evicted unanimously after being nominated.
She however returned to the house as a guest for one day as part of the “Pandora’s Box” twist, and as a result of her ninth place finish, Reilly became the first member of the Big Brother jury, and eventually was voted for runner-up Lane Elenburg to win the $500,000 prize. Later in season 13 of the Big Brother House, Reilly together with her partner Villegas, returned to the house stating that she wanted to redeem herself following her appearance in the previous season. With all the drama packed during season 13, Reilly managed to survive eviction, and was crowned the winner of Big Brother House 13 taking with her a grand prize of $500,000.
Consecutively, Reilly returned briefly during Big Brother 14 as a Pandora’s Box “prize” for Ian Terry. She then made a brief appearance in the premiere episode of Big Brother 15, and was also seen during the closing stages of the second season of Big Brother Canada and Big Brother 16. At the moment, Reilly is the only returning guest in the Big Brother House 27, where she is competing against 16 new contestants.

Reilly appeared on Hollywood production of The Real Drunk Housewives of San Fernando Valley, a musical parody of the television show.
