Caroline Goggin Stroke
During her tenure in Rhode Island, and only a few weeks after getting hitched, Goggin got a stroke at the age of 27. Following her complete recovery, she and her spouse, Travis, decided to become active members of the stroke community. She received recognition from the American Heart Association while at their Go Red for Women luncheon in Providence in February 2020.

Following that, in support of Tedy’s Team, a charity founded by former New England Patriot and stroke survivor Tedy Bruschi, she and her partner finished the Boston Marathon in April 2022.
Caroline and her partner donated $25,000 to the charity while training; the funds will help promote awareness and fund stroke research. Goggin and her partner’s dedication to both running the marathon and supporting a cause close to their hearts has inspired many others to get involved and make a difference in the fight against stroke.

Caroline is coming home to the Philadelphia region and her most adored sports teams after almost ten years abroad. She attended Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown after attending West Chester as a child and growing up. Goggin earned a broadcast journalism degree from Penn State University.
